David Nicholls' fourth novel Us was longlisted for the 2014 Man Booker Prize, and is a brilliant tragi-comedy on marriage, parenthood, travel, art and science. His previous novel, the international bestseller One Day, was turned into a major Hollywood movie starring Anne Hathaway. David Nicholls also works as a screenwriter, and his adaptation of Far From The Madding Crowd, will be released in May (2015).
